Has anyone in the uk had a mavic delivered yet? I ordered from drones direct who say they are a tier 1 supplier and will have them 1st. Ive no shipping info amd paid in full on 4th october.... with no word as to when it will be here. Although on the 23rd of october I ordered 3 spare props direct from DJI in china and recieved them after 10 days!!! WTF is going on. Ive forked out for a new iphone 6 plus, the fly more bundle and an extra battery Im £2000 in and have not heard a word. Ive give up calling drones direct... when will they be hitting UK shores?????

UK has had a couple. but don't believe all the nonsense on here about 1000's being shipped. It simply isn't true, and if I was DJI I wouldn't of shipped many either, far less to recall once you realise that somethings not right.

Many have landed in the Uk from Day one orders, I know of 5 people my self with some with more then onc, they are still shipping day 2 orders it seems, dealers may not get stock for some time regardless of status, Jessops in the Uk have shipped small numbers as well.

HI, Ordered from DJI directly on 6/10 - nothing so far.

I ordered on 29/09/16. I spoke to DJI chat this morning who are still saying that they hope to ship orders made up to 3/11/16 with the next 7 to 8 weeks... In other words 11 days after they made that announcement it is STILL 7 to 8 weeks... DJI made the announcement on 3/11/16 to buy some time. Their rate of shipping seems to have slowed down from very low base it started with.

If DJI have not shipped orders made on the first 3 days in 6 weeks yet what do you think the chances are of them fulfilling 5 weeks worth of order in the next 6 weeks? Less than zero would be my guess....

Just got mine. Order 3 days ago from Maplin Fly More combo. Suppose to be next morning delivery but only just got it after 2 days delay.

Mine got delivered today. Ordered on 28th September.

For you guys who have received a mavic did the dji tracking status page tell you if the unit had been dispatched or did it just turn up?

Still no word yet ordered from DJI @22:03 on 28/09/16

Ordered mine on 27/09/2016 and was delivered 04/11/2016 to London. Received a DHL tracking number when it was despatched and arrived four days later.

Hi I have a mavic and I'm in Portsmouth uk. Yes the status changed on shipping and I got dhl tracking number immediately. It arrived in an amazing one and half days from China. On a negative side I think I have one of the many diff cameras. It is out of focus on the left side

Think mine is going to be sent back though because of the dodgy camera.  Check yours when you get it thoroughly because there are quite a few out there with focus issues.

Ok i just called Jesspos  i couldn;ltge t difinetive information but heres an update -

They had a couple of hundred pre-orders,  - I ordered mine the 30/9   and i was quite near the top of the queue,  they are receiving more orders on a weekly basis, and the volume goes up every week.   I have been told another 2 weeks to wait.   So approx start of December. for delivery of the combo package.

lets hope it is in fully working order - im not liking the look of a few of the posts here.

I received my combo pack from Jessops this morning at 10.30am. I made my order on September 30th at 1.22am.
You can't be far behind me. Did you call the helpline given out on Jessops chat? I always had a good response and they always gave me the order I was in for next shipping.

no iv been through the camera with a fine tooth. The focus is out on one side only when you centre focus it. The right is crisp and so is the centre but the left is way blurry. its defo not right and DJI have seen my pictures and asked that it be returned for repair.

That is so irritating... I ordered from the DJI site thinking it would be out first. I ordered at 10am on 30th September and although loads were shipped out yesterday it looks like none have been shipped today. I am #11 in the chat room! #8... #3

It seems that DJI are not prioritising those who pre-ordered with them. I ordered on 29/09/16 and have been told that I am unlikely to see a shipment of my order this month.

I will NEVER order directly from DJI again.

Guys, I'm sorry you haven't received your drones yet. I purposely ordered through a dealer for two reasons:
1. I didn't have to pay up front until my Drone was shipped
2. Dealers put their orders in like any other customer. I assumed that if a dealer put an order in for say 80 units before you, then they will get those units and have their own order of distribution to their own customers.

I appreciate that the interpretation of first come first served is not clear. It might have been assumed that orders made directly with DJI would take preference over orders made by dealers. I took the gamble that dealers would be treated the same as any other customer as to when they placed their orders on a first come first served basis. However, if you think about it, the dealers would most likely have been informed of a new drone in production and would have been offered  the opportunity of making orders in advance, like any other sales and marketing strategy conducted in the commercial world.

This is just how I decided to make my order and no reflection on any one else's decision process. I know how frustrating the last six and a half weeks have been for me, and I empathise with anyone that has been waiting as long or longer than I have.

Ordered from jesops 1st october being told before Xmas but he doesn't want to guarantee any think know in case dji let them down with amount quoted

So Irrartating re 1 the camera issue,    to get it and then find it doesnl;t work properly is gutting , i'd demand free accident cover as compensation !!!!


Re preordering direct and not getting it - is sickening !   why pre order form them   if they won't put you in an queue !

Right im not happy now         Rick39  orders 8 hours earlier than me from Jesspos and has had it 2 weeks ago!

slightly different story from Jesspos today,     they were promised 2 big deliverers from DJI both which did not show, they are getting literally a few a week still according to the guy i just spoke too !  

they can't get any sense from DJI either.

Hi ordered mine on the 24th Jan 2017. A little worried that the  Chinese New Year will delay it on top of any other delays. I ordered direct for DJI. We shall see!

Ordered Combo + Refresh on Tuesday 24/1.  Pay confirmed immediately and showing on credit card balance.

Went on online chat last night to complain that payment had been taken before shipment.  Was told dispatch by 2nd Feb.

Got 4th blue dot today 26/1 and carrier updated as DPD.  No tracking number and nothing on DPD app as yet.

How long usually between 4th blue dot and notification of DPD as the carrier to delivery in UK?

So I got mine today!  The 27th! I think that is pritty good considering I ordered on the 24th!

Ordered early morning Sunday, 29/01. Shipped today 30/01. Let's see how many days to reach Glasgow.

Ordered on 23rd Jan via Apple Store UK and was delivered today!

Finally! Ordered from DJI on 29th Jan and delivered on 31st to Glasgow
