Now I don't know what to believe, my status has been on Order Verification for over 2 weeks now. Part of me is worried that DJI cancelled my order and didn't inform me or Newegg, I really hope that's not the case.

I ordered one (only 1) this morning as newegg still shows they were in stock.  I got the same email saying they had a website 'glitch' and actual ship date is December 15, 2016.

I havne't gotten the glitch email yet but fully expect to.
On a good note a local mom and pop hobby store said they got word from DJI that they've had 12 shipped to them and expect them any day.
Still not holding my breath.

I did and than I ordered a 7th... But after I got that email saying no mavic until dec 15th so I canceled all my orders.. The first was real but it was a buddy of mine who did order from new egg on Oct. 4th and got his 2 weeks ago.  I thought maybe I could order and do same thing but after they faked me out and sent email after I canceled.

Well I am completely dumbfounded about the email I just received from Newegg stating that my order just shipped, thought it was for the P4 Pro I just ordered but it was actually for the Mavic combo I ordered on October 31st which displayed shipping Dec. 15th when I made it. I had an orignal order through B&H from Sep. 30th that I canceled and doubt it would have shipped by now, this is not going to make many people happy. And here's photo proof because I wouldn't believe anyone saying this either.

This is all about DJI that they want to get more Mavic orders even though it is now extremely long back-order, NOT pre-order anymore.
It is Newegg Marketplace which is sold by third party seller, not direct from Newegg, just like Amazon market place.
Every seller can login to their account and make an item available for sale and set shipping date.
Since Newegg might not have shipping requirement as Amazon, so they use Newegg in stead Amazon to avoid cancellation if orders are not fulfilled within 30 days.
You will receive Mavic directly from DJI, not Newegg BTW.
I also received stock alert email, but I realized this so I haven't placed order yet.

Yes I am aware that this is directly through the DJI and Newegg is the middle man. The tracking shows its origin as SHENZHEN CN. I just don't get why if it's essentially ordering direct through DJI why would my order from October 31st be shipped before all the others that ordered before me through DJI's site? I'm not complaining but I do hope they work on this in the future and never say first come first served.

Yea, it shows its been picked up and is at the FedEx origin site with a Nov. 22 delivery date. One if the images above shows that, well if you could actually read it it says that. Let's see if uploading a landscape image shows the shipping any better.

I ordered from Newegg on the 20th and have been checking in every few days.  Every time it has been in 'order verification'.
I heard Apple was getting some units and so checked my newegg order this morning, 'Order Verification'.  
About an hour later I received an email from Newegg with my tracking info.  

It shows origin as Shenzhen with delivery to Colorado by end of the day Tuesday via FedEx.  

I had no hints from Newegg that this was going to happen.
Really quite a surprise!  
My details are almost the same as Trance's.

I ordered the Phantom 4 Pro on Tuesday and now the question is which to keep?

Ok, I guess pictures using the mobile site upload like crap but the desktop site does it correctly, same image both done from my phone, strange.

I have my order for the P4 Pro as well and I'm planning to keep both. I want the P4P for planned shots when I need good quality, but the Mavic will be better for me to take on trips or just toss in my bag for spur of the moment stuff.

'keeping both' - that's exactly what I've been thinking.  If it truly is the same sensor as the RX100 then it will be able to do some special things.

For those tracking - I ordered a flymore combo on 11/13 at 8:41am from newegg and I just received a shippment notification. Looking at FedEx's site shows a Monday delivery. I hope this helps someone figure out when you may get yours.
