I need to film something with the Osmo for an Instagram video.  This will be for a 1:1 ratio size.  Is there a way for the Osmo to show me that size border in the screen so I know when my subjects are out of frame or not?

No. You may need to use something like a pencil or tape to draw a thin line on your phone's screen to make it 1:1
