I wonder why dji even has a pre sales chat for mavic, they dont know anything !!!

It's like they don't even work for the same company, all you get is a copy/paste answer !!!

I do not understand it either,   It comes up on the checking order page,   contact them to check order,  they refer you to  djisales  by email,  and  then you do that and get a mail back say contact pre sales,   I would think that  a 9/28 order for accessories  should ship by now,  but  still no answers  or help,,  been waiting, but leave town in a week,  and  would love to have that extra batter,  its not going to be fun to go fly,  and have to drive back to charge a battery after 20 some minutes,
