Is the new remote with the combined screen be used with the phantom 4?  

I am so disappointed, I just bought the p4 on oct4 didn't even know the p4p was coming out. I wondering  if there will be a upgrade service. My P4 hasn't been opened yet!

I'm extremely disappointed aswell. I searched for months to find the best fit for my job at hand. I tried to make the best suitable choice. I bought the phantom 4 six weeks ago, now to find out about the p4 pro. I'm very pleased with the quality but I am upset with dji's lack of communication. Had I known about the p4 pro I would have purchased it instead. I believe the p4 is a good choice for many and I would recommend it, but for me the p4 pro would have been a better fit.

Before I buy any high priced electronic I search Google for potential new versions of what I want to avoid things like this, even if there are rumors it gives you an idea of what's to come. Last year I was about to buy a MS Surface 3 for work, did a Google search and saw Microsoft doing a product release in a month for the 4 so I waited to see if it was worth getting and they announced the Surface Book at the same time which I bought and love. I know it doesn't help you much in this situation, but it's a good practice going forward. We live in an expendable world and every major company seems to make new versions of their products every year, especially before the holidays.

I bought one Phantom 4 just before the Mavic was released, was bummed but then it developed an issue so was able to get a refund. Ordered a Mavic but wasn't getting it in time so I bought another Phantom 4, but this time, I didn't open it until they made the announcement about whatever they were going to announce (seen rumors about P4P but wasn't sure). I'm glad I waited, this P4 is going straight back to the shop.

was saving up for either the mavic pro or a p4 w/ spare battery now this showes up ..
so much for black/friday .... guess ill hold off till my birthday and pre/order this

Doubtful, I definitely expect to see my P4 Pro to be delivered before my Mavic.

Too bad that camera is housed in a Phantom frame that is so tippy and toy like.  Hope the P5 has a different form factor.

Is it possible to change the order of Mavic Pro Combo for the Phantom 4 Pro?? I ordered on October 1 and am tired of waiting.  Before I contact my American Express and request a refund I would prefer to just apply the $1300 DJI has had of my money for the last 45 days (with no shipping time in sight) for the new Phantom.  It would be more convenient than going through the whole mess of cancelling, waiting for refunds to clear and re-ordering.  I'm glad I never received the Mavic PRO now, as I really like the new P4P camera specifications.

I think you'll have to cancel, I know you weren't able to change to the fly more combo but I even think you had cancel to change your shipping address.

Thanks for the reply, I guess I'll try to contact DJI sales before calling American Express.  I really dread going through the whole "dispute" process with DJI and American Express.  However, DJI surely will see the logic in just applying my already cleared funds to a different order and cancelling the Mavic PRO?  *never let money leave your hands if making the customer happy will keep there*

Looks good , and video to show the differences between the phantom 4 and this one ?

The Mavic and P4 Pro have different uses. If you want portability then buy the Mavic, if you want the best camera quality in a small drone then buy the P4 Pro
And I'm not sure about all the other questions.

Controller is now 2.4ghz AND 5.8ghz Lightbridge V1.5  ...

The camera does nor rotate, it only rotates a small amount to correct for yaw.

There may possibly be one offered later.

Would it be possible to use the DJI Goggles with the P4 Pro+? Or only with Mavic? I am thinking about buying either Mavic or P4 Pro+.

I kinda think that sounds realistic. They would have already had a lot of parts required for P4P from P4 line so the production may be in full swing sooner than Mavic.

Ken - I have an Inspire 1 v2 with dual controllers but normally only fly solo - is the Pro compatable with an Inspire controller and can you buy the aircraft only?

It's really easy to dispute a charge with American express. Takes literally less than 5 minutes on the phone with them. Its actually an American company with customer service who cares about their customers unlike DJI. You'll never hear back from dji sales unless its an auto responder let alone get a refund issued before you have great great grand children. Comically the only time I got a live response from DJI was when I disputed a mavic charge on paypal they suddenly very badly wanted to talk to me within hours begging to drop the dispute. Goes to show the disputes hurt dji badly. My guess is they are very close to getting their merchant accounts cancelled and/or paying far higher fees from all the endless charge backs.

I tried a P4P and will give DJI a week or so to ship that as advertised. Otherwise i'll be disputing that charge and getting a refund as well.

Whats up with the 7.85 screen on the P4P?

I dont see an option to order the bigger screen. Will it be interchangeable?

I really cannot understand what DJI is doing. I did order my DJI Mavic Pro on 06. October 2016. Yes that is not rally early if you see that you can Pre Order Mavic Pro since 27. September 2016. BUT I do have got a really big problem when I do have to wait for more than one month for my Mavic Pro. Today on 15 October 2016 Inspire 2 and Phantom 4 Professional did come out. Wait. You can Pre Order... Well I did that with my Mavic Pro to and I do still have to wait for it. Ou I forgot some of you guys who did pre order on 27. Sept. 2016 do have to still wait.
  
  
I am really sad and get really angry to see that DJI is having A LOT of trouble by sending out Mavic Pro drones but is still able to release two new products called Inspire 2 and Phantom 4 Professional.
  
  
I did watch when Inspire 2 and Phantom 4 Pro will arrive if i do order and pay today. I was just like: WAIT WHAT? Phantom 4 Pro will come in one to two weeks after making payment and the Inspire 2 will start in early December?

Two questions? There is an extra high capacity battery shown. Is this the same battery that I have for my present P4? Is my iPad Mini 4 compatible with the controller and do I lose any features or functions by not using the DJI Display RC?

PHANTOM 4 PRO REALLY AMAZED WITH ITS NEW 20 MEGAPIXELS 1-Inch sensor and 360° avoidance system. Also loved the screen option. Just missed the top avoidance as on I2. On the other hand, INSPIRE 2 disappoints as it's a more expensive craft and misses side and rear sensors...not to mention the thin 25 minutes of flight time and the same no-zoom-philosophy camera options (Initially). As long as they don't change this LIPO battery tech to any of the newest battery techs recently announced, we'll keep stuck on this 20-30 minutes band...and I'll keep my i1 with Z3 for a long time ahead....

The pro moniter is android operating system so I'm sure there will be a way to side load apps.

The P4 does not have an HDMI output. There's the HDMI module that you can install on a P3 or P4.

your iPad will work with the P4 pro, it's pretty much the same remote as the P4, just some different components inside.
