Dear DJI Team,
Since almost two month I am waiting for my Osmo +. First I received a DOA, I sent it back and since then I didn't get any information about the  replacement ... no information from support so far. Then I asked for canceling my order but I don't get answer from support again ...
Do I really have to make such actions public? Is that the way how DJI treat their customers ?

It is so sad to hear that - at the moment i am considering canceling my mavic order as well.No not because of waiting so long for it - but I am not willing to invest my money into a company which does not follow the basic rules of customer relationship.

I just have a case # CAS-292013-S2D4X9

... although things are moving - i got the information that dji sent a preplacement today - the funny part is that the tracking # is invalid ...

Thor, please explain - why does your colleagues do not understand the words "cancel order" and "refund" - i mentioned that in at least three mails, all of them have been ignored ... i will forward that to my payment company and they should deal with it now ...

do you mean the email form you used on www.dji.com/support or you emailed to a specific address, like support.eu@dji.com or support@dji.com?

Would you please tell me the email address you used so we can look into this issue and improve our service?
