Anybody else wondering if the new X4S will work on our now "old" Inspire 1's?  I would love the bigger sensor for the stills more than the video.

There are already multiple posts on this - no it will not fit.

Figured so....

The I2 is a completely different system and the camera processing is not done in the camera. So, nope it will not work

nothing is compatible with the Inspire 1

Rich is correct,  the I2 is a totally new aircraft and nothing is transferable.

Now I just need to save my money until next spring before I can buy one   My wife is not going to like me getting more toys.  I think we need another trip to SoCal to visit the kids again before I can spend anymore money on drones

I'd just stay with your Inspire, it's fully capable of everything you do.

You are correct, my Inspire 1 does everything very well for me....  

It would definitely be nice to meet during one of my visits.... I will see if we can make this happen
