I know that it will be months till I see my mavic so till then can you send me a phantom 3 or whatever is available?
When I get my Mavic I will return the one you borrow me .
I only ask you this can I specifically asked when placing my order if I would have it for our holiday and you said yes.

DJI didn't lie when they said you'd have it by Jesus' birthday.  You just misunderstood. They meant his *second* birthday.
