I want to use 2.4ghz datalink and ipad ground station but i want to them with my traditional futaba 2.4ghz rx. In emergency i want to get control with normal rx.
Is this two units interfare together ?  Both are 2.4ghz ?

I have used the 2,.4gig datalink with my 2.4gig graupner radio set and have had no interference problems, i have not heard of anyone having any problems but i would try to keep the units apart from each other on the multi rotor

On my graupner radio set i have telemetry feedback on the transmitter which shows me my signal strength from the receiver, with the datalink on or off i get the same signal strength so it shows no interference, hope this helps,
