Got myself an Osmo mobile. Attached it to OnePlus 2. Latest Osmo firmware. Lates DJI go version. I don't have manual camera settings option in DJI GO app. Why is that?

Probably because the compatibility issue with one plus 2,  it uses Hydrogen OS

It use Android OS. Hydrogen is just a skin. just as samsung has their own skin on Galaxy's, and LG use their own skin on their phones. They are all still Android OS. (And the Hydrogen is the closest one to the original Google stock). In any other cam app, including the original and 3rd parties - there is no problem accessing manual settings for the camera. Only DJI GO.

There are no manual camera settings because DJI has no love for Android. For some reason DJI prioritizes iOS for features despite that more than 85% of smartphones run Android. You'll also find that there is no slow motion video and a few other settings available to iOS users.

The fact that Android has so many more phones and different specs and ROMs makes it difficult for DJI to add certain features to Android version, the compatibility is a real headache.

How come Filmic Pro and any other apps for that matter don't have trouble making their apps work the same on all Android phones?
