THANKS for the response, I have contacted customer service three different times, was given a date of shipping of oct 28th, that did not happen, contacted them again, and was given a date of nov2 they were out of batterys, and that did not happen, contacted them again, the person could not give me any date, and disconnected, I have left over 7 messages, because i was like 60th in line waiting, and have no response, I was also told to email customer service, which I did, and did get a responce, back that they could give me no info so to contat sales, so you can see I am a little flustrated, I have been given a run around, I have seen other folks get accessories, some with a battery, on messages posted on the forum, I can now buy props at the local apple store, did not check on tbe bag, was going to cancel the order last week, but could not get in contact with anyone, as no one would response, I would really like the items, but if I am going to be able to get them in a store around me before dji ships, I did not mind a wait, but really this has just gotten to long with out honest information coming from dji, just very flustrating, anyway my original order was on 9/28 0200 and the order number was 001198110781 for one battery some props and a case, Some honest information would be appreciate it, thanks in advance Ron
ps, when dji put out the letter, about orders before 11/3 being shippinged, I assumed, good, that ment me, but again that appears not to be the case, I really do not understand how three items, can be such a issue.
