Waiting for one battery, 4 props, and one bag,  since 9/28,   I know its not like waiting for a Mavic,  but really, I have  contacted customer service several times, to try to get info,  "leave message we will get back to you"   Never happens,   I can now buy the bag and props at a local appple store, but no battery... Anyone have any idea how one can get accurate info from Dji,     Anyone know for sure when these items might be shipped,    the order traking link is not working,  and it does not give a update anyway,  just says  We got your money,,,, wait,, lol

THANKS  for the response,  I have contacted  customer service three different times,  was given a date of shipping of  oct 28th,  that did not happen,  contacted them again,  and was given a date of nov2 they were out of batterys,  and that  did not happen,  contacted them again,  the person could not give me any date, and disconnected,    I have left over 7 messages, because i was like 60th in line waiting,   and have no response,  I was   also told to email customer service, which I did,  and did get a responce, back that they could give me no info so to contat sales, so you can see I am a little flustrated,  I have been given a run around,  I have seen other folks get accessories,  some with a battery,  on messages posted on the forum,  I can now buy props at the local apple store,  did not check on tbe bag,   was going to cancel the order last week,  but could not get in contact with anyone, as no one would response,  I would  really like the items,  but if I am going to be able to get them  in a store around me before dji ships, I did not mind a wait, but really this has just gotten to long with out honest information coming from dji,   just very flustrating,  anyway my original order was  on 9/28 0200  and the order number was 001198110781  for one battery  some props and a case,   Some honest information would be appreciate  it,  thanks in advance Ron

ps, when dji put out the letter, about orders before 11/3  being shippinged,  I assumed,  good, that ment me,  but   again that appears not to be the case,   I really do not understand how three items, can be such a issue.

I ordered a extra battery and a couple other things a few days after my initial order. Still waiting. Ordered some props off amazon and they were here in a couple days. Would be nice to have that extra battery

I  too ordered on 9/28  (3)extra batteries, charging hub, and 5 sets of props, and another separate order of the mavic..I did receive my mavic a week ago and I'm grateful for that! However I would like to know when the rest of my order will arrive.

I'm still waiting for my accessories as well including 3 spare batteries

I ordered propellers 2 weeks ago and received last week but no battery yet

Yeah .. battery shortage for sure ...

I ordered just batteries on 10/04... still waiting of course.

anyone else have any updates on shipping of just accessories,   Trying to figure out if I should  contact my credit card company,   as this transaction is pushing 50 plus days,  with no shipping info,

Looks like I just received a tracking number with Nov. 24th delivery for my order!
