Dear DJI,

A lot of us have ordered and paid or downpayd Mavics to your official dealers. These dealers have paid in full mavics you're not shipping. I.e. My dealer has ordered and paid for 90 units that we can estimate in 90k euro paid to DJI. He had collected 10k euro from Down payments and then is exposed for 80k euro.
What happens in case of dealer bankruptcy due to lack of cashflow? Who will refund down payments to customers?

Dear DJI, you have to be really clear about what's going wrong as there are a lot of monies dancing around this mess and you customers that have done orders through you dealers are risking their monies!

They probably couldn't care less and would just tell you you should've ordered direct. Agreed though, this is a really bad situation the dealers are finding themselves in for absolutely no fault of their own.

If it's like most retailers, they do not pay until they get their stock. Therefore they aren't out any money, but maybe a good faith down payment.
