I tried to watch a 4k 60fps video on my iMac 5K, and the resolution only went up to 1080 60fps, when i clicked on the resolution tab, that Sucks!!
Somebody in the comments said Safari doesn't support it on Youtube.

I just tried it on my Note 5, and it's 1440 60fps.
