That whole repair process includes Received, Damage Assessed, Quoted, etc, please do not worry about it, you will get the details in the e-mail.BTW, please click "Reply" so that I will get a reminder and help you check the info soon.

It is zero.  I finally got through to somebody.  repair to be completed in 3-5 days.  New battery and an hour of analysis.  Not sure if there is anything more than slapping a new battery in it, but i sure hope not.

Thanks Natalia.  The case number is CAS-328673-Y1D6X5.  It took a little longer to get all the information.  I don't know how soon it ships out, but i am excited to get it back.

It's under the warranty, I think you have received another e-mail address.

@DJI Natalia Where are we with this issue. I had this happened to me today. 2 batteries got authentication failed. One eventually worked but second one doesn't want. 2 others batteries are. ok.

Any updates on this issue?  I purchased 2 extra batteries.  1 battery has authentication failed, never worked and the other 2 are working fine.
