So I live in the San Fernado Valley and I called around to all the apple stores this morning and none were in stock.
I thought i would give a try to other stores outside my area and found one at 710pm tonight.... I left the valley on my bike and split lanes all the way there and got there just in time before the store closed at 9pm and bought one. and i just got home at 11:05pm

Needless to say i will be canceling with best buy.
charging right now.

I have another one that might be in the next day or two that i will sell with a little markup I will post here when i get it. you can also message me if you want it.

Thrilled to hear that you have got your aircraft. However, can you imagine how furious those of us who pre-ordered directly with DJI are? I ordered on 29/09/16 and have now been told that my order is unlikely to ship before December! {:4_154:}

I was in a similar situation though not that bad, ordering from B&H on October 1st with no updates whatsoever. I got fed up with waiting so ended up finding an Apple store 1 hour away which had a single unit which was delivered the same day.

Yep I cashed in on my Mavic yesterday at the local Apple store here in Jacksonville FL. I still have my preorder with Best Buy which was placed October 25th, hoping to sell it on eBay for a little extra cashola if they deliver on November 30th like they currently say they will. We'll see

I've just called every apple store in northern NJ this morning as soon as they opened, no luck on any of them, seems they were all taken yesterday

It doesn't seem like there is any pattern as to when they receive them. I would just keep at it.

I saw one at the Apple Store at Ridgedale Mall in Minneapolis yesterday. They are out now. I did not buy it, because 1) I want the fly more combo, and 2) sales tax is really high in that part of town.
