Gimbal Speed Control doesn't work - Go App 3.1.0/iOS/iPad

Hi Natalia,
Gimbal Speed Control slider was moved to another menu (Gimbal menu) in last (3.1.0 iOS) GoApp and stoped working. Always it gives max speed, doesn't metter what value is set.
Don't treat me as beta-tester, just check it and repair that bug.
FYI Android version is buggy too.

We always need as much information as possible in order to address any issues that occur. When you say that the Android version is buggy as well, are you referring to the gimbal wheel set up or is it something different? What iOS version are you running on your iPad?

I mean Gimbal Speed Control (Gimbal Dial Speed) slider, now moved into Gimbal menu from RC menu. It do nothing, always speed is set to max when dial wheel on RC use to Pan/Tilt camera.
I noticed that issue on iOS and Android. My iPad4Mini is on 10.1.1

I have mine update to the latest go app and it works fine .  What version of RC and AC are you on ?  I am at 1.6 on the RC and 1.8 on the AC.

Sorry you are having trouble .  

Just wondering, do you have the entire system ON when making the adjustment? When you slide it down to a lower number does it stay or immediately  slide back to the higher increment ? Are any of the other settings ( Gimbal Menu page )  at max value on the gimbal configuration page ?  this may be canceling the lower gimbal wheel speed out .  When the weather clears I will test mine as well to see if I can duplicate the problem and perhaps find a solution if there is one

As a side not , I like the new location , it makes better sense to be here .

I just have reinstalled GoApp on both tablets (Android and iOS) and it start working!
Gimbal speed slider affects only cmera tilt.
I'm on latest FWs: GoApp 3.1.0, AC 1.9.1.30, RC 1.7.60, Cam 1.9.1.10.

Just to clarify, is it working after reinstalling the apps? If not, could you try downgrading the RC to 1.6?

Yes, as I said post before. Gimbal Speed Control option slider affects only camera tilt. Is it ok?

Yes that's correct. The gimbal speed option would only affect the tilt.

I think what is being reported about the gimbal controls are...

If you set the speed say at 45-50% it is still way to fast. If you slow them down even further the gimbal is pretty darn fast. Before the update 40% was just about right for me but now I have it turned down to 25% for the same speed that I used to have with my Inspire 1 V2 X3 camera. I was helping my friend yesterday with the new Go App 3.1 on his Inspire 1 V1 X3 camera and we needed to turn down the speed to 14% to achieve the same speed on the gimbal as my Inspire. Screen shot below to show you my settings.

Anyway, I think this is the issue.. for some reason the gimbal speed is not as fine tuned as it was before.
