I placed my Mavic order last week, and everything went perfectly. The money was immediately taken, and my order status currently says the payment is authorized. I just happened to glance at that payment card this afternoon, and the charge is gone, balance restored. My order still says payment authorized, so I'm curious, with all the complaining about charges happening with pre-orders, has DJI changed its policy and now only charges when it ships?

Same thing happened to me. Not sure but I think they will recharge one it ships?

i preordered the p4pro the next day it went online and as of now the charge is just an authorization.
