Am I crazy, or is this nothing to be concerned about? After a few flights, I've noticed some light discoloration on my mavic battery that won't wipe off.

Heat related? Is the battery getting warmer than you expect it should under normal circumstances?

After charge it again, and connect all devices properly, please check the battery info on your APP page, you will get message if anything abnormal.
During flight, please keep an eye on the APP screen as well.

One more, they say tensions in the material frome molding can come out if the bat. gets hot.
Not a disaster, more cosmetic.

I flew a few times today and kept an eye on my cells, but no fluctuations. If it's only cosmetic, that doesn't bother me. I love this thing lol.

Just a thought after I flew my Mavic today. Make sure the battery is completely seated (clicked in tight)  I just got my Mavic down and noticed the battery did not completely click down. only about a 9 min & 3 min flying period this way.

PS the reason for the short flights was super windy in our area (wind advisory) but just had to fly

Very poor picture.  What you are seeing is mostly light reflection off of the surface.
