I presume you want the sync logs from the tmp folder, correct? Here's the link:

But it's basically just errors like this over and over:

Correct. Yet that is no my my issue. I have the following:

Page 1 = Summary Page

Sometimes if the APP does not obtain aircraft's SN, you will get another page. It has no negative influence on its function.

To locate the issue, would you please provide the details about IOS system and model?
Then please try to export the document/tmp file for evaluation.

Yes, thanks for the file, I've transferred it to our engineers for further evaluation.

Update everything works fine today all sync correctly.

I just synced my iPhone 7 with no issues. I will try the other two devices tonight. Hopefully things are all fixed now.

Yes, i could sync before and have not changed or updated anything and still the sync stopped working.

I was able to successfully sync all my devices tonight. Seems to be working fine at the moment.

Many customers said they could sync the flight records, please double check it.
If it persists, please connect your IOS device to a PC with iTunes installed and export the tmp file for evaluation, thanks.

Yes, now suddenly it is working. No changes or reboots of anything. I just works again.

That seems interesting, glad to hear it's working now.

Anyone else having this problem again? I haven't been able to sync since yesterday. It fails around 89% every time.

The more stuff they add to the APP for Mavic, Spark, and Inspire the more that goes wrong with the Phantom Platform it's just ongoing with no end in sight.  Every Drone should have it's own operating platform. A phantom4 App for the  Phantom4 series, a  Mavic App for the Mavic series, a Spark APP for the Spark series and so on. But DJI is to busy saving pennies and Dimes stuffing one App with all the junk to try to operate across all platforms while pocketing  thousands of Dollars of ours that we have spent so we can look at our Equipment sitting on the shelf while they push on to the next  upcoming defunct failure. This is all Unacceptable.
