I just got my osmo for mobile.
There is an arm, for the tilt, that you need to move to balance the weight of the mobile.
This arm is loose! Even after tighten the screw of the balance.
The problem is that sometime the image shakes during a movie because to move backward or forward.
Can I remove the cover and tighten any screw???

Video between 01 and 05 seconds, you can see the issue.

I have the same problem. not sure if there's anyway to fix it.  I'll be monitoring this thread for advice.

This is a quality control issue, you need to return yours to DJI if it's as severe as OP's.


OP, please  contact DJI via www.dji.com/support and send it in.

Thanks @DJI-Thor I will return it to DJI.

Same issue here. But DJI Philippines (authorized seller) would not replace the the Osmo Mobile.

Is there any chance that it’s self repairable ? Cheers.
