Hey All

AFter the last DJI GO update it doesnt connect, enter the camera button doesnt show up anymore. I used my friends iphone 5. It works everytime.
Neither my S5 or Galaxy Tab Pro work anymore.
Tried downgrading. Still nothing.


tried 5 different cabbles. non of them work.
Can it be the Micro USB ports on the devices itself got damaged?

Having same problem here. samsung s4 version 4.4.2 , also my samsung tablet A 2016 version 5.1.1 can say everything works as being connected. Tablet says it can get update for dji in the banner but when i update it the rc does the blue light beeb beeb thing it downloads the same version 16.0. samsung s4 never lets me get the rc update after deleting and reinstalling. Chrismas  is coming soon gonna ask Santa he can bring me a update. lol

When running APP, it shows "How to connect", right?
Have you tried to delete it and re-install APP? and make sure you have enabled USB debugging and MTP mode.

Have you tried an IOS device to upgrade remote? it should be working fine.
Please try to restart the phone, connect another internet network and check again.
