Anyone here who got this software working on a Mac?
I tried V 1.0.6 and the latest 1.0.7 and on my and Computer Flight record export and Calibration does not work.

Theirs an issue that DJI hasn't fixed I can't even log on

I've tried too - it just hangs trying to download logs...

Have you tried to change another computer to run the Assistant?
We want to rule out if it's an issue with the Assistant or the computer.

It does not work on either of my apple computers. After disabling all security install options... which should not be a requirement if you become recognized with apple. There is a problem with your software.

It works fine for me on Macbook pro

Dammit than what am I doing wrong.  I won't let me log on

I couldn't get it two work on two different Macs. Just hangs trying to download the log data

Im on a 2013 mac pro laptop running OS 10.12 and I was using DJI Assistant 2 yesterday with no problems to flash my Osmo Moble ..

I found that if you are running beta apple OS software it doesn't work. My MBP has macOS beta software and my iMac has the released version. Only my iMac works.

That makes sense thx

I had the same issue but found the problem was not on DJI's side but rather caused by "Key Chain" on my Mac. Tried different ways to Log In to my DJI account in Assistant 2 but nothing worked until I completely removed "Key Chain" from my Mac. The computer is confused since it does not jive with the password settings in the Key Chain.
Now all is well.

I've tried another Computer and managed to start calibrating the vision sensors.
This didn't work with the other Mac.
I didn't managed to retrieve the flight logs on both Macs though.
Both Macs are on the latest, non-beta MacOS.

I initially had issues downloading logs from my Mavic, but I eventually got it working. In my case, I hadn't installed the HoRNDIS-rel8pre2-dbg.pkg that was included in the Assistant 2 .dmg file. After I installed that file and rebooted, I was then able to download the logs.

I couldn't run the calibration in Assistant underMac OS X 10.12.2. It would just stall on the white calibration screen. After many attempts, changing the screen resolutions, and tech support I decided to try booting up from an older backup version of OS X 10.10.5 and installed Assistant 2 and now it's working fine. So there seems to be a bug with the latest OS X.

I downloaded .pkg fine (included horndis) then install the app but then can't find the app anywhere on my macbook pro!
I discover that DJI has many problems with their softwares. (Impossible to update Mavic from DJI GO 4 for exemple).
They definitely need to work on software developpement (specialy for UFO sent in the air)

LOL, because DJI simply named it "Assistant" with no icon.  So macOS Sierra just puts a stock cube looking icon.  It took me awhile to find it too!  Yes, their devs are lacking.  haha

Thank you!  Good to know as I'm running developer Betas on all my iOS and OSX platforms.  I haven't seen any issues with the iOS devices (iPhone 7 + and iPad mini 4) on the latest Developer releases but have not tried Assistant on the MacBook Pro yet.
