Shipped with a tracking number, not currently showing up in FedEx yet. I expect they are creating numbers and packages that will be picked up tonight.

Ordered through Newegg on the 15th. Glad this wasn't anything like the Mavic.

In the chat they said, mine will ship on 30th, not sure why mine is so late, I ordered the P4P+ which has the monitor on it.

Maybe the ones with the monitor are taking longer. I got mine without it.

Did anyone get shipping that ordered the Pro+ with the screen?

Sooooo.... DJI started shipping these today.... Correct? How come not a single person that has ordered from DJI has responded to this or any other thread that I have read confirming their P4P shipment? Myself along with God knows how many other people ordered the P4P the first day it was available off of the DJI website and all of our orders are still under the "payment confirmed" tab. The only people who have commented on this whole forum about their P4P orders being shipped was one or two people and they both said that they ordered their P4P off of newegg.com... DJI Im thinking of 2 words right now that express my concern and how I currently feel: MAVIC. PRO.

I'm one of those people through Newegg. I have a tracking number, however it still doesn't show up in FedEx. Not sure why we got tracking but currently it's no different than everyone else. They'll probably all go out at the same time and they just haven't updated the orders yet.

I mean I guess I can take that as a good sign however, once again they told us something and up to this point in the day haven't followed through on it. I dont know if they're just trying to anger people more or what but they said shipping would start today. Today is just about over. Im cool with it maybe taking a couple days thats fine, its just when they say today is the day and then nothing happens, it's really irritating especially to people who went through the whole mavic fiasco. I was one of those mavic people and thats why Im here because I cancelled my Mavic order. So I'm sorry if I seem like I'm overreacting, it's just annoying

Well it is 12:20pm in China right now, maybe they were referring to the day out there.

The manual is up now, read through that to kill some time while we wait.

I just talked to online chat and asked about my order being delayed cause I ordered accessories (spare propellers) and they said it was on hold (of course in normal DJI method of ZERO communication of that happening) even though it shows pay success still because the paypal authorization expired. Paypal says nothing wrong on their side and its a problem on DJI side. I ordered on release day so now placed another order and at the back of the line. Really wish there was ANY alternative company to DJI. I would take absolutely any company to deal with over DJI its just a never ending screwing by them.

Spoke to another person on chat who says regular P4P won't ship for 1-2 weeks. Said my order is waiting_pick but is on hold now. Unbelievable endless problems with this company. Wish there was an American option that actually had staff that gave a damn.

Maybe one more reason of no delivery is DJI Go 4. It´s not available yet. The P4P Manual clearly talks about DJI Go 4 only.

Unbelievable endless whinging with so many people that can't wait a couple of weeks.
On 15th DJI said they would be shipping in 1-2 weeks.
And they have started shipping now a week after they announced that.
What's the big problem?
Too many expect DJI to be Santa Claus and deliver everyone's new drone on the same day.
DJI don't use elves or have flying reindeer.

ps ... don't waste your time pestering the people on chat.
They don't know what's happening.

My order timeline showed SHIPPED yesterday but today it is back to PAYMENT SUCCESS with payment confirmed. I knew it was to good to be true...

I agree and share your frustration, they definitely have a marketing issue. They get everyone excited and people preorder on the promise of an accurate shipping date.

All I expect is a truthful answer, if they say one-two weeks start shipping in one-two weeks. If they are not going to ship in one-two weeks, just say that from the beginning. I would still buy the product.

I guess the statement that applies here is fool me once, shame on you (MAVIC PRO), fool me twice, shame on me (P4P).  

Status of my order now showing "Estimated shipping: 5-7 days of order confirmation.", I'm sure before it said shipping 1-3 days from payment. ???

I am under the impression that the changing of the statement of when items will be shipped is an attempt to provide cover for a slightly inaccurate (or untruthful) initial estimate.
I have seen it go from:
1-2 weeks after payment confirmed  -to-  1-3 days from payment  -to-  5-7 days of order confirmation.

It is very possible that these timeframes coincide, but still leaves me a bit nervous base on the MAVIC debacle.

That's my concern as well, the time frame keeps changing, I just don't want another mavic  debacle. If  DJi can give me a solid time frame I don't mind waiting, it's just frustrating when it keeps changing.

The QR code for the DJI GO 4 is giving a 404 error, I'm pretty sure delays will be related to the software not being ready. Funny, yesterday I was thinking it won't ship until the User Manual is published online, now that is it shows the App isn't ready! Got to laugh!

As an aside, the launch of the Ford Focus RS this year was worse than the Mavic/P4P combined! It's not a unique 'problem'.

Ok they said 1/2 weeks were only on week 1, American Companies like go pro, full recall on Karma, Apple 4/5 weeks Mac book pro indefinite on Air pods, delays in most countries round the world for iPhone 7 plus, should I go on,
The world does not revolve around the US or Americans the reality is you don't do things any better, you may be more polite sometimes when you mess up but that's about it.
I think if you want to use an example of efficiency use Germany or Japan...

Deliveries have been delayed till next week. Something changed in the last 24h. Wait out. Generally resetting expectations helps your personal mental state so do it. I don't think DJI is deliberately out to mislead but they are pushing the limit on supply chain management. Hopefully they'll do better next year.

Mine is paid for and says it will ship on Friday. Bought through the DJI store on Newegg. We will see I guess.
