Hi, I get a lot of noise in my footage at night. I used the auto setting and also the manual. Nothing seems to work. I have the Phantom 3 standard

It looks perfectly normal to me. The Phantom cameras are not low light cameras, they need plenty of light to deliver good pictures, and you look like you have the ISO setting flat out, so naturally you will get noise. Take a look at other people's night shots on here and you will find that they don't crank up everything flat out like your shots.

absolutely normal ... you can't do better with the P3 standard.

Try to play with the manual setting of your P3 in photo mode : decrease the ISO . But with mine it's the same.

My P4 is better in low light

Thanks. I guess it's just the camera.

Try manual settings for still images. Lower the iso to 100 or 200 and increase the shutter speed to compensate. You can get pretty good results even at several seconds. Take several shots and choose the best image.
For video, well you are screwed. Just shoot a low frame rate (24 or 30) and hope for the best.
