The older revision app had active track feature working but the 2 recent updates doesn't. When can we expect the next release App update to resolve this issue?

Having just received my new OSMO Mobile in the post today I thought i'd got a dud as i couldn't get the active tracking to work. {:4_157:}

Now having read this i guess that i must await a app update. So my question is WHEN?????

'very soon' - dose that mean tomorrow or next year?

I got a new update yesterday and this issue is still present!

Chatted with support who told me the LG V10 and Motorola Droid Turbo are not compatible with the Osmo Mobile... and said the Active track should work with the Samsung S5... which it is not as of this eve using the android app 3.1.0

Frustration.... when tech support doesn't recognize what seems to be a common issue??

I'm very sorry.  Go here and download  3.0.0 version and the active track will work.

Any update - Will it be this year?

One of the most important feature why I bought osmo mobile is the active track, its not available...

DJI need to resolve this ASAP!

I'm running the latest version of DJI GO [3.1.0(9)] on a Google Pixel XL and the active track feature does not work.  I just received my Osmo Mobile a few days ago and everything else seems to be working fine.  Great product!  Looking forward to being able to utilize the full functionality.

At last pleased to report latest update of DJI GO active tracking works on Samsung S7 edge.

What version of DJI GO is this?

What version?  It still doesn't work for me on the S6 Edge Plus.
I'm running DJI Go ver. 3.1.1(567) on a S6 Edge Plus: Model SM-G928V; Android ver 6.0.1

Looks like I'll be rolling back to 3.0.0 for Active Track support.

Dji please fix this problem as a christmas gift for osmo mobile owner.

It's already fixed. What phone and DJI Go version are you using?

Tried it. Its now working thanks DJI-Thor

I use S6 edge and I'm not getting the new update button yet.

AT is not working for me on S6Edge+ with DJI GO 3.7.   {:4_154:}

Active Tracker does not work with version 3.1.1 and Iphone 6S - any suggestions or workarounds welcome as son is very disappointed with Christmas gift that doesn't do what it says on tin!

I have 3.1.1 and an iPhone 6S Plus and the active track works, but is a bit lumpy and a real drain on battery.  It does only work when connected successfully with the device via bluetooth so may be worth checking this and if necessary disconnecting and reconnecting?

Thanks, i cant even get the Active Tracker Icon on the display.......even that would be progress. Thanks for taking the time to reply

I was mildly miffed to find that my iPhone 5S had limited functionality due to processor limits and therefore active track wasn't there.  I only get a yellow circle bottom left on the DJI Go app and it doesn't change when tapped.  Is this what you have?

I would have thought that if the 6S Plus works the 6S would also work so may be worth a re-install of the app if you haven't already done that.

I bought a Mobile today and it immediately performed a firmware update and I am running the latest Go app version. Active track works great on iphone 6s.

Would love to find out how colud I use this mode.

Any hint?

What should I do in this case ? I can't change from metering to active track thanks
