I flew my Mavic on the first day, hit a branch, and fall on the grass.
Everything is still working except the video feed from the camera does not reach the phone.
I have a black screen and error message said that hardware malfunction.


Contacted DJI repair and after 2+ weeks, here is the repair quotes:
1 Mavic Pro $999
Service Charge $65/hour x2 =$130


Total $1299


My purchase was Fly More Combo, and I paid $1299


Does this makes sense at all? I am not happy with the repair quote is higher than the price of a new Mavic.

All you may have is a dis-connected cable from the gimbal to the Mavic body. You probably could plug that cable in again yourself.

It must be an error, what is your ticket or case# and I will look into it.

How high did it fall from? Have you tried taking out the SD card and seeing if the video feed comes back? I lost video feed and it turned out that taking out the SD card and putting it back in fixed it. (I had a minor crash into leaves and it fell on the ground from about 1m height)

999+130 = 1129....170 in taxes?

You also still have remote controller, they said Mavic without remote would cost $750, must be something amiss .

Did you not have Care Refresh? Besides that, sounds like they are charging you for another Mavic, when all you needed was the video feed fixed.
