I LOVE their (DJI) products but the customer service is horrible. I have a YUNEEC Typhoon H Pro as well as a Phantom 4 and I've just ordered a Mavic Pro and P4 Pro. I've previously owned a P3 Advamnced. I've emailed sales 3 times as to what the EXPECTED ship date of my P4 Pro is and i don't get any answer. I ordered the P4 Pro on 11/16 and they have my money since then.
The customer service at Yuneec is exceptional. DJI should put their own customer service on the same high standard as their products.
