I am trying to input my avatar but I keep getting a message that I need a pluggin what is this pluggin that I need, when I click on the pluggin black image it does nothing

I believe it was Adobe Flash... not 100% sure though.

Have you tried to change web browser and upload again? or update your web browser to the latest?

tried Chrome no good, and Firefox is up to date.
