When I first started the update out the box I accidentally shut it off before it was done now when im on the app it doesn't give me the option to restart the update please help thx
It definitely failed the update but I don't get an option to try again on the dji app

Please try to format SD card, delete the APP, re-install it, then connect it to remote, turn on aircraft, and make sure internet is great, and try to check it again.
After finish the upgrading, you can check firmware version on "About" page through APP, if it shows latest one and everything works properly, please enjoy it.
