On the orders information page another button "REFUND" was added since last week.

Are there more delays on the way or is this now a standard option?

     It is now a new standard option.  Some customers are changing their minds, including between the P4 Pro and P4 Pro+ (plus).  The process takes workers away from delivery of product.  With automation (new button) it frees up workers so they can help more customers.

I pressed the cancel button... Is there anyway I can undo that since the money have already been deducted from my Paypal account and I really don't mind still getting it. My order number is: 0014931819062

Online support is only communicating in Chinese.. That didn't work out well
