Hi I sent it back a week and half ago. I have just received confirmation that it has been repaired and is being shipped back via DHL

I would say give it 2 weeks for repair from my experience.

oh no i am sorry to hear that. I am now a bit worried as mine went back to Holland for 'repair' and is on its way back now. I will let you know how i get on but you are not the first to say you received  a brand new drone and the problem was the same. I have to keep my fingers crossed it is a good one. There seems to be loads out there that have the problem.
