Hello,
I have an issue where the gimbal has started moving back and forwaard and hitting the drone body after the last software update. I have lodged a support case and unfortunately I cant get anyone to actually assist. They continue to say we will email you back within 24 hrs. Ihave now been doing this for 2.5 weeks. The drone flies fine but gimbal moves erratically and the software cant be reinstalled or updated as it 'fails'. Is anyone else having similar issues with the mavice pro 'gimbal of death' and now DJI 'lack of service'?

Have you checked the mounting tabs its meant to sit on??
There should be 2 at the front and 1 in the middle rear.

Just to clarify, you have provided us a video for the gimbal calibration, right?
Have you tried to reset it through Assistant 2?
