Why did this change from 1-3 days Mindy? Is it purely the GO4 app delay? Thanks.
(My money was taken 5 days ago and unit not shipped, said 1-3days at that stage. Your t&cs also say money won't be taken till it ships?)

my phanton 3 pro stopped working and i got the phantom 4 pro last week because i cant stop my pending works,
i MUST start a work in 7 of december, that would be 11 days after payment, when it was saying max 5 days.

PLEASE. dont let fail. or i will miss a xmas project that will destroy my future jobs.

No reply from the online support even after several messages. Payment is already deducted couple of days ago.
When do I get finally my order shipped or any information when it will be shipped.
had already the same issue with the mavic which I cancelled. From Chat i always get the same information 5 to 7 days but its already 7 days ago.
I am soon traveling and like to use then this wonderful equipment. Otherwise I have to buy something else which is not in my interrest,

Ordered on 11/15 and just got shipment notification from Fedex that it has been picked up from SHENZHEN, CN and will arrive 12/1.  I ordered the P4P+.

as u know some use drones for fun, and some use for work.
a huge delay compared to what u have annonced cannot happens.

You ordered about an hour after me.  Mine was just shipped, BUT missed the FedEx cutoff.  So mine is in China, BUT at FedEx.  It didn't make it onto the airplane.

Yours should ship tomorrow and MINE should also then be on a plane.

Dear all. I finally got in touch with the chat online and they advice to change my battery for a regular one (i had the high capacity).
the high capacity battery would take more than 1 month to ship.

I hope it now arrives in less than 7 days or i will have problemas at work

P4P without Display and 1 additional batterie. Batterie will be delivered later.
Copter will be delivered 1. Dezember.
