Hello Mavic flyers!

Can anyone tell me if the Mavic is restricted from take off when the battery temperature is below 15°C (Like the inspire and phantoms are?)?  I've not actually been out in the cold yet with mine, but the temps are starting to drop somewhat!

Also, has anyone got any battery heating/keeping warm solutions for the mavic if the above is an issue?

My phantom 3 pro will not start the motors with battery temps under 60 degrees F. I would presume the Mavic is the same.  Cheers

The manual clearly states that the minimum operating temperature for the Mavic is 32F. If you are intending to fly in 15F, then I would be sure that the battery and drone are both above 70 before flying, and I would not fly for long. Any flying below freezing (32F/0C) is definately a "fly at your own risk" situation.

For colder flying, consider the Inspire, or Inspire 2 (has battery heaters).
