Hi,

Remote connection lost i got no commands working from the remote sent to the Mavic and the iPhone app was displaying a lost link on the top left of the screen. Each time i got this problem Smart RTH bring back the Mavic and when he was closed to me Remote link was back again.

For the Lost video stream, it was often when the Mavic was not very far from me and each time remote was still working, only video stream was missing on the screen (grey or black screen instead of video stream). What i do is disconnect the usb cable on the remote (not the connector to the iPhone) and reconnect -> video stream is back !

Now i try to export flight logs using DJI Assistant 2 with no success ?

What is the normal process to export flight logs and then to put it on a dropbox share follwign a DJI request ?

What mobile device you are using?
Please adjust the antenna when it starts to lost signal.
Please refer to the image.
As for exporting flight data, you can use the same method as for the Phantom 4.

Hi Mindy,

I have an iPhone 7 Plus with latest version of iOS. I have also an Inspire 1 and Phantom 4 paying strict attention always how is oriented my antenna on the remote controller.
When using DJI assistant, i can see the Mavic, connect it but when i click on the menu to see flight logs i got the spinning wheel for ever and nothing appear on the screen...
I try using 2 different Mac (MacBook 12" and a Mac mini) with the same result.
It's my problem !

Hi Mindy,

It was with 2.1.0.7, i didn't try yet with the latest version available since a few days now.
I let you know.
Most of the time i do everything from the iPhone it's more convenient.
