Doesn't seem to be a big issue since it's just the landing gear. Try to "bend it back" without too much force, else you'll break it. If that won't work it shouldn't be an issue to fly it still if that's the only issue it has.

That's the landing gear/antenna...  If the three screws didn't strip out of the arm, it could be replaced when the part is available from DJI.
