Mavic crashed in active track, obstacle avoidance failed. How long should it take to receive a replacement after receiving the broken drone?

After you pay for the additional charge, it takes 3 to 5 days to send a replacement to you.

So Care Refresh has a different stock of Mavics to send out as replacements? I won't have to wait 6-8 weeks like all new orders at this point do?

I think the supply is starting to make ground but not yet caught up with demand. So I too am interested and following in the hopes that you will let us know how things worked out. Thanks and good luck.
