Well DJI have done it again..........I was so frustrated at the Mavic debarcle but had high hopes of ordering and getting a Phantom 4 pro plus on time. I ordered and paid on Nov. 16.
Promised one to 2 weeks for shipping, then after a week I made online enquiries and again was promised shipping will definitely be on November 30th. Now on November 30th no sign of shipping and no idea when from online support.(operator: August)
DJI you dont deserve our business.

Why is it that so many DJI customers have zero tolerance and no patience?
DJI gave an estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks.
Was that a promise to get yours to you in 1-2 weeks?
Clearly it wasn't because they weren't sitting in the warehouse ready to ship.
It was an estimate of when they would begin shipping.
If you have a couple of hundred thousand orders, do you suppose you can get them all out on the same day?
Despite their best guess considering all the factors, it wouldn't be hard to imagine some glitch that throws things out.
Some component in short supply, a last minute improvement or fix or dozens of other possibilities.

But they have started shipping and some users have theirs already so they did begin shipping within the estimated time and they continue shipping.
And you'll get yours eventually.
If you want to get a DJI drone quickly, don't order a new model at the same time as everyone else does.

I have been a very successful business owner for over 45 years,(that is how come i can afford new drones)
Part of this success came from providing my customers exactly what I promise.
We only want DJI to be upfront. One to two weeks is exactly that, not three, not four.
Then for DJI employees to assure me it would be shipped today.
Just be HONEST DJI

Ok here why Im not sitting easy..I ordered on 15/11 at 19:50 utc and it not yet shipped..But my friend ordered on 15/11 20:43 utc get him shipped..So,How you going to say about that?

Your friend ordered his an hour after you and he's got it but you haven't.
That's just not fair.
I'll call DJI and get them to take his back and give it to you.

Haha,Yes for real mine not yet ship..They claim because we life in different country but i though all new product come from Shenzhen?My country is closer to Shenzhen then my friend

DJI-Mindy:

I was advised by email late yesterday afternoon (EST) that my order had shipped [Order # 0019863572610].  The FedEx tracking still shows (almost 24 hours later) that it is still in "Label Created" state with FedEx. Is it possible that FedEx has not updated or scanned the package, or is DJI still getting the package over to FedEx?  Seems odd.  FedEx states that this package isn't affected by the current weather conditions in the Southern US. Package origin is Atlanta, GA and scheduled delivery is for tomorrow, 12/1. In other words, is there a delay of this length, typically, between label information being send to the carrier and package acceptance?  
I need to know whether to be home to sign for it, or not  - Many Thanks!

I'm in the same position.  Mine is still showing delivery expected for today, 11/30.  Fed-ex says "Label Created" and that mine is sitting in Atlanta, GA.  Hasn't changed from Label Created since the initial notice on Monday, 11/28.  Order #0019843942710.
