Has anyone noticed all of their DNG files being out of focus while all of their JPG files are in focus when shooting RAW+JPG?

Are you allowing for raw not having in camera sharpening?
The focus really can't be affected by how the file is stored.

Focussing is done in camera and will not affect what gets recorded especially between JPG/DNG. Like 4WD says it is more likely that it looks soft rather than out of focus. RAW files (DNG) do not have any processing applied but store much more information than JPG, you have to apply the processing in post production
