So I ordered some batteries back on November 12th when they were 15-20 (or 20-25) days to ship.  Now I look, and it's 5-7 days.  Curious why my order hasn't actually shipped yet if that's the case.  Technically, shouldn't they ship within the next 5 days or so, assuming the shipping times just happened to have changed today and not earlier?

Is anyone else waiting on battery shipments?

I ordered an extra battery, some props, and the charging hub as part of my Mavic order on September 30.  Got the Mavic on Nov 10 but still waiting on everything else.  Also ordered another battery through Amazon.ca on Nov 17, and there are some indications that it might ship tomorrow.

I just placed an order for 2 batteries off Amazon.ca so we'll see if they ship tomorrow!

Everyone's shipping estimates have been nonsense up to this point.  They will come when they come.  In the meantime, I at least have the Mavic and one battery to play with.

The thing that really gets me is people who ordered a LONG time ago are still waiting on delivery, yet there are plenty of people able to just walk into Apple stores and buy them. That seems pretty messed up. DJI is punishing early adopters. Bad move.

I'm not sure what's going to happen with that battery I ordered from Amazon.ca.  The order shows as "preparing for shipment" and is supposed to ship today, but I now see that Amazon has changed their status on the batteries to "Currently out of stock".  Wait and see.

Do you have a delivery estimate?  On my order it says the 6th to 9th.  Really curious to see if they actually get sent out today!

Mine still says delivery between Dec 6 and 8th.  I'm not convinced that they actually have them in stock.

Amazon is usually pretty decent though.  I wonder what will happen if they don't actually ship by the end of day.

Well .... you wait.  

If they are promised stock on a certain date and don't get it, then they have to change their dates as many other resellers have been doing.  Still got some time today to see if they ship or not.

Try your local Apple store(s)... they seems to be getting small stocks like two at a time.  I randomly checked my local Apple store 3hrs ago and they had stock. tried to purchase 3 and it would not let me, only was able to get two.

FYI all, I ordered two Mavic-Intelligent Flight Battery direct from DJI online store on 2016-10-01 01:37:08 (UTC).  I just got email confirmation that they are shipped and I have received the FEDEX tracking number.

I have been checking here in Southern California every few hours for the past week and have had no luck.

It doesn't say 5-7 ays to ship. It says 5-7 after payment is taken. In fact you can only pre-order batteries at the moment, so not even a proper order. Batteries are even more scarce thant the Mavic itself. I'm in the market for two myself but resigned to waiting until 2017 now.

Mine says "Not yet shipped".

They didn't say no batteries were going out, but mine were not.  They said they might get stock in 3-4 weeks (was the person's best guess).

What's weird, is mine says they will ship tomorrow and that I can expect them Wednesday now.

I ordered 2 batteries on 10/04 ... still nothing.

Any updates on your order?

I chatted with them again and they told me the 2 I ordered are in the final stages of shipment and I should expect them by December 7th.  Yesterday it said "Shipping today" (Dec 2nd) and today it says "Shipping today" (Dec 3rd).  I don't know what to believe anymore!

What's weird is I received an email from Amazon saying that they're very sorry, but they were supposed to get a shipment from the supplier but they weren't able to meet the demand.  The funny part is it says "I do understand that such changes can be frustrating for you since this is a popular book."

There's absolutely no reason for why there'll be delays in shipping flight batteries for the Mavic Pro. The Mavic Pro drone itself being delayed in shipping, I can understand completely, given the current circumstances of everyone wanting one, and DJI being overloaded with so many orders. One incredible piece of kit, with it being so small and full of advanced features.

But accessories for the thing? Nah, DJI should have those covered and readily available to ship out at a moment's notice. No excuses at all.

Out of curiosity, are you in BC or ON?  I ask because mine appears to me coming from Mississauga, so if you're in BC maybe the Richmond warehouse is a little slower at getting your order out the door.

OK, just to close out this saga, I just received shipping confirmation from Amazon.ca.  Arrive on Wednesday Dec 7.  Now if DJI could only ship my missing accessories, I would be a happy guy.

EDIT: I see also that they are again showing as IN STOCK on Amazon.ca.
