I am in the same boat. I have nothing good to say about this ignorant, lazy, unconcerned, unprofessional, and very very slack company. My payment cleared on the 21 of November and I have since sent 5 emails and the rude, ignorant, and lazy staff can't even use a keyboard to answer you. They take your money and lock all the doors and windows, shut off all phones and computers and that's the last you here from them. I spend around 300.00 a month online with companies all over the world and never seen the disregard for customers or their concerns. Were not talking 2 or 3 dollars here either. People are spending hundreads if not thousands and yet the ignorance at DJI continues. I am glad to be brought up not drug up, taking others into consideration is instilled on us as we are brought up by are parents. To work at DJI you must have no care for others, no respect for others, and most of all must ignore all incoming emails and phone calls from concerned customers. Hiding in your room from your parents, who are waiting to scold you for screwing up. Totally disgusted with DJI, and I will suggest talking with someone at the Better Business Bureau, at least they will give you a phone number and deal with a situation. They get results and it doesn't take 3 weeks for a reply. This is B.S. Really a terribly ran business, and customer service is non exsitant, other than the pre programmed response from their computer. I would buy the yuneec, or Traxxas or just about any other brand before Iet these ignorant people swindle me again. My money will be spent elsewhere until these people learn customer service, and a lesson on ignorance wouldn't hurt either.

Can someone on this site find my order as the incompetent people at DJI are excellent at ignoring emails. My order is   0018389888260. The payment cleared Nov 21 and after sending multiple emails(5) with no answers I figured some random who doesn't work or get paid by DJI might be able to sorry, will be able to help me out better than the assh@#$s that took my money and ran. Thanks in advance.

I assume it will take 5- 7 days (or more) to get it,  but it is nice to see it listed as shipped!

Believe me, its not always a smile. But working in the tech industry, Ive been the dude (or part of the collection of dudes) people hate because a product is late, so I kinda feel for them.

I also waited and actually it wasn't that long considering it's international, but with that said sit back and relax because when you do get it It's going to light your world up!

My order order (# 0016868960723) is completely botched too. I ordered extra batteries with my P4P+ on Dec 7, right afterwards I read these forums that batteries could hold up my order, so I contacted DJI the next day and had my order split.

Now, over 3 weeks later and after many unsuccessful follow-up attempts online chat, email, phone calls, etc....they tell me it was NOT split, and offered to have it split (again). So they split it, and then I get notification the next day that my partial order is being shipped. Great, right? NOPE. They are shipping the BATTERIES now, but don't know when they can ship the drone!

You just can't make this stuff up.
