What questions do you need answered, weren't you able to speak to a customer support supervisor ?

The supervisor advised only Chinese management can approve my request.

I'm on this forum because I'm looking for a means to reach someone in China.  I was told by two supervisors that it would be best I reach out to them as they were unable to in the US office.  Fan, I didn't see that notification and since I usually log on with my smart phone, I never saw the reply or it populate on the refreshed page.  Which was my fault.  Thank you for linking me to this page.
