I need to order a new motor ,  

for the rear left  if looking at the inspire 1    from behind ,   I belive this is M3      as per this video here  

can anyone help so I order the correct one , which direction is that counter clockwise or clockwise please ?

The way I understand it :
M3 goes Counter Clockwise ,   As Does M1  (M2 and M4 go clockwise .)

The diagram you have above is wrong .
I dont think persoanlly you are going to see any benefit with the carbon fibre ( If they are indeed carbon ) props, but to each their own.  Let us know if you see any benefit .

In your posted video, with the 1345T props, M1 and M3 have white arrows and are counter-clockwise. M2 and M4 are red arrows and are clockwise.
