Apple Store : your local Apple Store will get around two batteries every week or two. This is just a guesstimate from data collected. In which I used myself to snag a set of 2 batteries today.
Aerial Media Pro:  www.aerialmediapros.com they have mavic batteries in stock as of NOW... I know this because I ordered two batteries that shipped today via UPS.

So I manage to grab 4 batteries at cost with putting in a little effort. I plan on keeping all 4 batteries and enjoy my Mavic until it flys away from me (joke).
Hope this helps, AMP best bet from immediate shipping.

Update:
Few Apple Stores in NC, GA and TN have stock... looks to be only about 1-2 batteries based on adding to shopping cart test.

Just ordered 2 batteries, hopefully get a tracking number soon.

I used Paypal as well cause I was unsure. But, I did google them and they seem to be a decent company and answered the phone each time I called to verify. Best of luck... update when you get your tracking info.

Got them in today. They sent them no extra charge priority second day. Actually they were here Monday but we were not at work to receive them. Postman brought them today.  I am stoked.
