What is our protection if we try to purchase DJI care from the website within 48 hours of activating our drone yet their is some issue which is not allowing purchase at this time. It would not be fair to be unable to buy the protection plan.
If you cannot buy it within 48 hours of activation the drone for some reasons, then please send an e-mail to djicare@dji.com, they will ask you to provide some information and help you handle this case.
