Hey Guys,

Im been trying to change the video recording from 4K to 1080p and I am unable to find the settings. Can anyone please let me know how to do this? Been going crazy trying to find the setting.

Camera settings are located under the record button on your phone or tablet screen. It looks like three horizontal lines with circles on them. Can't miss it.

Was in the same boat and couldn't find it either.

You need to remembered to switch to Video mode instead of Picture mode to change that setting, otherwise you will only see the picture setting.

I know where it is but it won't always give me 4K as a option.  I always need to switch from PAL to NTSC and back or other things to get 4K to show up.  Just general playing around until it decides to what to give me that option again.   It is very frustrating.

You are limited to 2.7K video if you set the remote "live view" to 1080p. If you keep the remote at 720p, I think you will have 4K recording modes available.

Oh wow, thank you so much!  I did not know that.  That could be why.  Plus I always have to switch back live view to 1080p.  Every time I start the app it always resets back to 720 even if I have it set to record at 1080p.

I'm really struggling since upgrading my Mavic app and firmware. I can't seem to record anything over 1280x720. There used to be a setting to stop it recording to the iphone but I no longer see this. Can anyone please please help.
