So i just purchased an Osmo, its running latest firmware, hardware encode on.  I am not happy with its quality, all video seems very blurry, my cannon 700d and phantom 3 4k cameras completly destroy it in terms of image quality.  everything is blurred, below and beyond 1.5m.  i shot this video with settings all standard as shown.. surely this is not normal quality ??

Are you sure you have removed the protective plastic film from the camera front?
If you have, it looks like a hardware problem, 'cos the Osmo is fixed focus.

yes i have even removed the lense and its the same

I had the same issue with my Osmo Plus, everthing on the left is out of focus even when it is on the same plane. I returned my unit in the end.

Hi, you need to click the circle icon in the screen to switch to focus, then tap the screen to focus.

But if your video is still blurry after you focus, you need to send it back.
