I take it, no damage was done, on the soft packed snow? Nice scenery up there.
Are you doing some winter camping too, Or was that a ski trip...?

No damage - very lucky as there is a 1,000m cliff just beyond the crash site (had it not landed upside down onto the propellers it would have tumbled down)

We got the ski lift up but paraglided down to save time (only had ~30 minutes before it was dark)

Dont download Drone Deploy w android phone i have a p4 n tried out drone deploy...needless to say the p4 was unresponsive n in a mater of seconds my p4 was garbage...hit tree n came crashin to ground

Yes, Lady Luck was surely on your side. A thousand meter drop would only be good, if you were recording it. ;-)

That must have been a fun flight, back to the base. Too bad you weren't wearing a helmet cam... Ha

Anyway, the above video was looking good, for a minute. Better luck next time.

1.  You need to start a new thread rather than dumping all over a completely unrelated one.
2.  There's nothing wrong with DroneDeploy or Android phones that cause crashes.
You need to look a lot further to find the real reason for your crash.

well that seems logical since you were running out of daylight. Paragliding down. Yes, that is what I would do....REALLY???
