Same problem here. The status-LED is purple.
DJI service told me the purple color means the device is in software update state.
They recommended to try updating the remote with DJI Assistant 2, but DJI Assistant 2 and Go App both say 'unknown device'.
I brought it back to my dealer and he said it will take 3 month !!!! for repair.
Very annoying DJI. The problem obviously is known since 1 year, i bought the phantom 4 three weeks ago!
