It looks like you are inside, and you are not seeing even one GPS satellite, try taking it outside, GPS does not work indoors.

Inside it would normally switch to 'Opti' mode using VPS to stabilise it, but not enough light (Red icon to right of GPS indicates OA and VPS off due to low light).

That aside, it is not a good idea to take off in such a confined space. Take a bit of time to read through the manual a couple of times. Although the Pro seems the best yet, it is still not totally fail safe. And those props can do a lot of damage.

I've put it outside and get the same problem outside.  Will not take off...  It also says this when I try takeoff.

And you get no GPS after powering all down and switching on again ?

There's nothing covering the top of the aircraft ? (That's where GPS receiver is positioned ) ?

Have you done any updates at all ?

I actually flew the aircraft a few times today and it flew wonderfully.  Didn't change any firmware or anything.  Just powered it on and this is what is happening now.  There is nothing covering the top of the aircraft.  I'm out in the country so no interference either.  After this happened, I did notice there was a firmware update for the aircraft and I tried that, still nothing.  Took it back to the previous firmware and nothing still.

Just to clarify, messages to you have in the Overall Status section? Have you already tried a factory reset in the Assistant 2 software?

Navigation is spelled incorrectly too lol.. Looks like there is a system error in the GPS part of the unit.. I have never seen that error before..

Yeah, I noticed that misspelling too.  DJI Support told me the aircraft is defective.  They are having me send it back for an exchange.

Facepalm.. That sucks.. I am so sorry man. At least it didn't happen while it was in the air and cause possibly more issues.

Yes, they assigned me a case #.  Thank you for that information and I will have that for next time.  I already packaged it up and it is sitting on the porch awaiting UPS pickup.  Your help is much appreciated.  I'll let you all know how it goes with the replacement.

hello i have the same issue of you, i just receveid my P4Pro, upgrade with new upgrade, all is fine, after i go outside for fly and before i do compass calibration ok, after P4Pro ask me for IMU calibration and i start but nothing happen after 5 minutes, i push off and i restrat P4Pro and take off too and no recevied GPS data and alll is in red....

You've got the e-mail with the shipping label, our engineers will evaluate it firstly after receiving your aircraft, then deal with your case depends on our after-sales policy.

Did you ever find out what the problem was? Mine is doing the same thing I have had it 24 hours now and never got to fly it, I just sent a email to the on line DJI dealer I bought it from to see what they want me to do with it. I paid for the DJI care refresh but I don't think I should have to use one of my 2 replacements for a defective product. If the company replaces this drone what happens to my DJI care refresh being it is attached to this drone that is possibly defective.

This is showing up on my p4 Advanced I have not been able to fly since Oct. I have put a lil over $200 in parts trying to fix this and more time then I can say searching YouTube trying to find a fix can u help me?
